Terms & Conditions

Registration

• Classes are offered to Junior students - Prep - Yr 6/7  at schools & in the studio.   

• Senior / Secondary  student classes  are from Yr 7 upwards in the Studio. 

• Classes are run in accordance with the school term.

• There is a limited number of  places per class, these are allocated on a first booked  and fees paid basis.

• Your position in the class is  only confirmed when you are Registered & booked via the booking form, and fee payment has been made. 

• As there is a limited amount of places, you are liable for fees upon booking a place. 

• Each term current Registered & booked students are given first preference to book for the following Term until the cut off date, then places will be offered to students on the waiting list.

Classes

• If your student is absent or unable to attend the lesson, please text me on 0421 673 083 prior to the lesson.

• Students need to make their own way to the classroom, and meet me outside the room. (unless prior arrangements have been made)

• During class time I cannot answer my mobile phone, so please Text me on 0421 673083  if you need to notify me of any change of plans, if you're running late etc.  

• If someone other than a parent or family member is picking your student up, please inform me prior to the class.

• Parents (or an allocated responsible adult) must be contactable at ALL times during the class.

• In the event of a lockdown or no in person classes permitted, our classes will switch to online.  A link  will be emailed to booked students.

• If you are unable to attend a class,  there are no make up classes or refunds, but we will assist your student to catch up at the next lesson.

Fees & Payments

• Fees include all materials and Art smocks to wear during the class. 

• Fees are charged per term. 

• There are no credits or refunds  for classes missed due to illness,  family holidays, public holidays, school camps  or other activities/play dates etc, I will assist the student to  catch up.

• Please note if you book a place you are liable for the terms fees, as materials  are purchased & costs are incurred. 

Photography

• Photographs of your child and their artwork may be taken during class time for use in Art projects, for the Newsletter,  or for use on our social media pages for Publicity purposes.

• Jenni reserves the right to publish any photographs of the children working in class, and or artwork created by the students.

• If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform Jenni before your child first class.
